Before making an offer on a building, you need to be aware of all of the costs and know your number. Often, they are well in excess of what an inexperienced buyer is aware of.
To KNOW YOUR NUMBER, you have to assess all costs you will have going into the building, the holding costs of the building will be annually and over time, and look at a projected CAP, NOI, and P&L. I’ll make that easy to break down for you.
With an inflated and competitive real estate market like we have now, we’ll be going over the many, many alternative ways to profit from real estate now and in all seasons.
INVESTING AND CREATING MRR
The market is super volatile, but many very conservative investments exist that provide you with multiple streams of income. We’ll also discuss the ways we have created business opportunities in addition to our core businesses to create MRR (Monthly recurring revenue).
