FIXING YOUR GENES!

FIXING YOUR GENES!

Conventional medicine would have us believe that the reason our bodies are doing so poorly and additionally why we become rich or poor, happy or sad, or even overweight and hungover is as a result of genetics. But the truth is; DNA IS NOT DESTINY!

Our wellbeing is not based on some mere cosmic roll of the dice or some cruel unfortunate genetic hand that we may have been dealt. Health along with how our genes are expressed is a choice and it is up to US make it.

In regard to genetics, it is important to remember that we are not genetically programmed to develop depression, pain, cancer, heart problems, or any form of disease. Our bodies are always naturally working towards homeostasis in order to stay well and heal constantly. Now, you may ask, “Well if this is true, then why are so many people sick with conditions doctors blame on genetics?” This is due to the gene myth, because according to the newest research, dead relatives are not responsible for your health. It may surprise you to know that the concept of “genes determine fate” has been dis-proven. Natural laws and the rules of physics that we have been sharing with you have far more to do with health, fitness, and emotional well-being than your DNA.

The traditional field of Genomics (gene study) has recently given rise to the more cutting- edge science of “epigenetics.” “Epi-“ means above or beyond. Epigenetics refers to the fact that lifestyle choices can cause changes in gene function that are superior to the power of the DNA you inherited from your grandparents. What you do, how you think, the way you behave, and the environment you live in are more powerful than your DNA and can turn off bad genes and turn on good ones or vice versa.

Yes, genes and the DNA they are made up of are involved in carrying traits through generations, but genes alone are not responsible for the actual level of health you will experience. Your DNA may write out the code for possible cell behavior, but those possibilities are only realized if the gene is “expressed”. In other words, we all have some genes that are expressed and lead to physical or mental traits, while other genes may remain silent. The ones that stay dormant do not have the ability to affect your behavior, health, or wealth.

Overall it’s more accurate to say that because you probably perceive the world, handle relationships, and live a lifestyle that is similar to your parents, you not only have their genes, but you express similar genes. As a result, there is an obvious tendency to develop the same conditions.

Nonetheless, you have something to say about your future. It is time to start living in a better way and by living the life you want and not the one you believe you inherited! However, you just need a good program for you and your family to manage your DNA.

There are several areas that negatively impact gene health and require programming: These include, but not limited to specific and unique programs to the person’s own genetics related to the nervous system, diet, nutrition, toxicity, stress, sleep, and the right type of exercise for someone’s DNA.
