CHECKING YOUR CABLE AND WIFI TO PREVENT HEART AND NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASE
Step 1 to prevent heart disease and Alzheimer’s – spinal correction
Step 2 – Know your coding
An old, humorous way to describe the benefits of chiropractic was to say that the way we got information from our brain to our muscles and organs wasn’t by satellite, it was cable – through the nerves. (My teenage daughter would call that a “dad joke.”)
With the ever advancement of science, we know we’re not just on cable, we’re on WiFi.
This WiFi is the various gene networks communicating within the network and out to other gene networks. This process is also heavily influenced by chiropractic and the Central Nervous System, but limited by a level of coding as well as gene expression through other influences relative to our environment.
Scientific research on heart functions such as blood pressure and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) have revealed the powerful impact of chiropractic adjustments. Additional study has shown the connection between brain health and positive neuroplasticity when getting adjusted as this assures proper input coming into the brain up from the periphery through the nervous system.
Heart disease and Alzheimer’s are no joke. Sadly, they impact the vast majority of the population. In addition to a healthy nervous system, it’s radically important to check the WiFi so we do not work strongly against your coding – and end up logged out.
There’s virtually no middleman between gene expression and lifestyle. If you, a patient, or someone you love possess negative coding for well-known heart and or brain genes such as: LPL, CETP, or any of the APOE genes (to name a few) and work against this coding, the WiFi network is disturbed and the outcome is less than optimal.
These genes affect lipid metabolism, are directly linked to Alzheimer’s disease, and involved with cognitive function, immunoregulation, and infectious diseases.
The wrong gene expression is correlated with increased body fat, unwanted fat distribution, higher VLDL and Triglycerides, poor LDL and HDL ratios, neural decay, and a high oxidative damage status.
As an example, someone on a Keto diet with these types of markers could catapult themselves towards illness as could a vegetarian on a carb-focused diet. Disease could happen despite doing many things right for the health of their body.
All of us as well as our patients are outliers. A healthy spine and a lifestyle specific to our needs puts us in a strong position to succeed in life, healthy, and our future.
Have fun saving the World
