Chia seeds are one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants and since they do not have an over powering flavor, it makes them easy to add to any meal. It is easy to whip up in the kitchen and simple to take on the go.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of organic coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a sweeter of choice
